On a form-based giveaway the stakes are lower: entrants cannot see each other and are not counting entries. On a comment giveaway, where everyone sees everything, it is the reverse.
Woobox does publish something Lukky has no equivalent for: fraud filters on entries. A form can be filled a thousand times by one script, which is a problem a comment thread does not have in the same way, since every entry carries an account behind it.
