A feature list means nothing to someone who does not yet have the problem. So these pages start with the problem — a challenged winner, duplicate entries, an announcement nobody watches, several client accounts to run — and get to what Lukky does afterwards.
If you are running your first giveaway, the certified draw is the only page you really need: it is what separates a publishable result from a name announced in a story.
Everything else follows from volume. Past a few hundred comments the question stops being how to draw and becomes who counts, which is what entry filters decide. Past a few giveaways a month it becomes who runs them, which is what multi-account access is for.
