If you were a paying customer
Do this first, before choosing anything. Rafflecopter's closing notice says they may still be able to help paying customers export their data, by email to their support address. Entry lists, winner records and campaign history are not going to migrate themselves, and the window on that kind of offer is not open forever.
Pick a replacement on what you actually ran
Rafflecopter was a widget: entrants completed actions on a hosted or embedded page and earned entries. That is one of two very different jobs, and most people replacing it pick wrong because they look for the closest lookalike rather than for what their giveaway needed.
