YouTube Comment Picker

1. Copy the comments from the comments section of your video on youtube.com, on a computer: scroll until every comment has loaded, select the section and copy it. Paste it in the field. The picker reads @user: comment, @user comment, or the channel handle on one line and the comment on the next.
2. Clean the paste if needed. A copy from YouTube can carry lines that are neither a handle nor a comment, such as "3 days ago" or "Reply". Delete them, then check the counter under the field: "N comments pasted, M eligible" should match what YouTube shows.
3. Set the rules. "One entry per account" is on by default. Add a required word, a minimum number of @mentions, and the channels that cannot win, starting with your own.
4. Choose the number of winners and draw. Each winner is shown with their handle and their comment. Copy the result, or start again.

Because it works on text you paste, and nothing else. It never asks for a Google login, never sees your channel, and never uploads what you paste. The trade-off is that the copy is your responsibility: a video with 2,000 comments needs a long scroll before everything is loaded, and replies to a comment are only copied if you expanded them. Compare the counter with the comment count under the video before drawing.

The draw is the same as every free draw on this site: a Fisher–Yates shuffle fed by crypto.getRandomValues, the browser's cryptographic generator. Every eligible comment has the same chance, and winners are distinct channels.

The rules apply together, and the counter updates as you change them:

• One entry per account keeps the first comment of each channel. Someone who commented 12 times has one chance, like everyone else.
• Required word keeps the comments that contain it, whatever the capitalization.
• Minimum @mentions keeps the comments tagging at least that many accounts.
• Excluded accounts removes the handles you list, with or without their @.

A comment that fits none of the formats is kept as a comment by itself, with its text as its author, so an unclean paste can add phantom entries. That is what step 2 is for.
