TikTok Comment Picker

1. Copy the comments from your video, in the TikTok app or on tiktok.com: open the comment thread, select the comments and copy them. Paste them in the field. Three formats are read, and may be mixed: @user: comment, @user comment, or the username on one line and the comment on the next, which is what a copy from the app gives.
2. Check the counter under the field: "N comments pasted, M eligible". If the number pasted is far below the count TikTok shows, scroll further and copy again; the app only loads comments as you scroll.
3. Set the rules. "One entry per account" is on by default. Add a required word if entrants had to write one, a minimum number of @mentions if they had to tag friends, and the accounts that cannot win: yours, a partner's, the prize supplier's.
4. Choose the number of winners and draw. Each winner is shown with their handle and their comment. Copy the result, or start again.

Because the tool reads only what you paste. It never connects to TikTok, never asks for your password or an authorization, and never sees your account or your video. That is also its limit: the draw is only as complete as your copy. Copy the whole thread in one go once every comment has loaded, compare the counter with the comment count TikTok displays, and delete any line that is neither a handle nor a comment before drawing.

The draw itself is the same as every free draw on this site: a Fisher–Yates shuffle fed by crypto.getRandomValues, the browser's cryptographic generator, so every eligible comment has the same chance and winners are distinct accounts.

Only comments that pass every rule are eligible, and the counter updates as you type:

• One entry per account keeps the first comment of each handle and drops the others, so commenting 40 times does not buy 40 chances.
• Required word keeps the comments containing it, whatever the capitalization: "done", a product name, a code word from the video.
• Minimum @mentions keeps the comments tagging at least that many accounts, for a "tag two friends" rule.
• Excluded accounts removes the handles you list, with or without their @.

With 300 comments pasted, a "tag 2 friends" rule and one entry per account, expect a good deal fewer than 300 eligible: most people write "done" without tagging anyone, and the counter tells you exactly how many remain before you draw.

There, you do not have to copy anything. The Lukky app is approved by Meta and connects through the official Instagram and Facebook authorization, never a password.
