Comment Picker is the broadest web tool in this comparison: seven networks, precise filters, no comment ceiling on Premium. Lukky covers two networks and does one thing Comment Picker does not document — leave your entrants something they can check themselves.
What Comment Picker does not say
Of the eight criteria here, two go unanswered on Comment Picker's own pages, and they are two that matter.
How the tool reaches your comments. Their Premium page states precisely how many comments each tier reads, never by what route. A tool reading a public page does not see what an app connected through the official API sees, and sees nothing at all on a restricted account.
What it leaves as proof. No certificate, no shareable result, nothing described anywhere. In practice you announce a name and your entrants take your word for it.
That is not an accusation. It is what their pages publish, checked on 28 August 2026, and both rows are marked not published rather than guessed at.
The prices, as published
Comment Picker is $9.99 a month or $95.91 a year. The free tier stops at 100 comments on Instagram, Facebook and YouTube, and 30 on TikTok. Premium lifts the first three entirely and takes TikTok to 10,000.
Lukky is €9.99 a month or €39.99 a year, with no entry limit at any tier and one free draw a week. Over a year the gap is real: €39.99 against $95.91. The pricing page has the detail.
Where Comment Picker is better
This is the part worth being honest about. Comment Picker filters on comment text, date and like count, and lets you exclude named accounts. Mentions of friends are filterable on Premium.
Lukky filters duplicates, excluded accounts and required mentions — what a published set of giveaway rules actually needs, but no more. If your mechanic rests on something unusual, such as keeping only comments posted after a given hour, Comment Picker does it and Lukky does not.
Who should take which
Take Comment Picker if you draw on Reddit, X, Bluesky or TikTok, if you need fine-grained filters, or if the giveaway is internal and nobody will question the result.
Take Lukky if the giveaway is public, if your audience has seen rigged draws before, or if you want to answer an accusation with something other than repeating that the draw was fair.
Lukky and Comment Picker, point by point
Every value is quoted as published, with the page it was read on and the day it was read. A criterion Comment Picker does not publish is marked as such rather than dropped from the table.

FAQ
- Is Comment Picker free?
- Yes, up to 100 comments on Instagram, Facebook and YouTube, and 30 on TikTok. Past that, Premium is $9.99 a month. Checked 28 August 2026.
- Does Comment Picker issue a certificate?
- Their Premium page mentions none. This table marks it not published rather than claiming none exists.
- Which is cheaper over a year?
- Lukky, at €39.99 against $95.91. The monthly prices are almost identical; the annual discount is where they part.
- Can Comment Picker read a private Instagram account?
- Their documentation does not say. Lukky signs in through the official Meta authorisation, so it reads what you allow on your own accounts whatever their status.
